Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our Shipping Guidelines
We deliver our products using Australia Post. We charge a flat rate standard shipping, however if you require express shipping, we can also ship express. All orders are shipped with tracking. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. For Domestic Express orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 1 and 4 business days. For Domestic Standard orders, shipping times are estimated to arrive between 2 and 8 business days.
Our Pre-Order Policy
In cases where your order comprises both pre-order products and items currently in stock, we will withhold the entire order from dispatch or pickup until all pre-order items have been received in our warehouse or the official release date for the final pre-order item has been reached.
Should you wish to split your order and have your in-stock items shipped immediately, kindly reach out to our Customer Service Team at leo@lionsdencollectibles.com.au promptly to make the necessary arrangements. Please be aware that this will result in an additional delivery charge, as the original order will be divided into two separate orders.
Alternatively, if you prefer to order a pre-order item and an in-stock item, please complete this as separate order transactions to avoid any delays with your items.
